We prepare honest pastries, specialty coffee from our sister roastery Tribes of Mokha, and provide tailor-made catering for small and larger events. We also supply our baked goods to more than 30 restaurants and cafés.
Our name, Kin&K, comes from connecting two words — kin, meaning a group of friends, and K as a nod to Koji, the cat of our co-founder Haitham. This combination perfectly reflects who we are: a group of people united by friendship and a shared passion for honest craft.
Our team is as diverse as our menu — bringing together different cultures, nationalities, and generations. It’s this diversity that drives us forward. Teamwork and openness are essential to us, and although we are all different, together we form a single whole with a shared passion for quality gastronomy.
The foundation of our offering is our breads — from our signature miso bread to classic sourdough loaves and fluffy brioches. We take the utmost pride in the quality of our bread, which we deliver to restaurants and cafés across Prague.
Our selection also includes sweet pastries — butter croissants, cinnamon rolls, and other seasonal specialties inspired by flavors from around the world.
We don’t forget about vegans either — we strive to offer at least some of our products in a plant-based version so that everyone can find something they love.
Our Coffee
Our coffee comes from our sister roastery, Tribes of Mokha, which roasts beans specifically for our customers. At all of our locations, you’ll also find retail bags of various origins — whether you prefer filter coffee or espresso.
The roastery has roots in Yemen and offers Yemeni beans on its website as well. They roast the coffee right here in Prague, using traditional methods with a strong attention to detail — each batch is handled by an experienced roaster who knows how to bring out the finest flavor profiles. Their goal is a clean, balanced taste that conveys the story of the origin and the people who grow it.
